CLEAR, PERPETUAL COMMERCIAL RIGHTS INCLUDED
Every digital asset sold on Nexaura Academy includes our standard Commercial Creator License. You can use purchased assets across unlimited client projects, monetized social content, and commercial media with zero recurring royalties.
1. Grant of License
Upon completed purchase, Nexaura Academy grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate the digital asset into your end productions ("End Products"). This license covers one individual user or studio seat.
2. Permitted Commercial Usages
You ARE permitted to use Nexaura Academy assets for:
- Monetized Social & Video Channels: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Twitch, and podcasts with unlimited views and monetization.
- Client & Freelance Work: Commercial video edits, wedding cinematography, corporate presentations, and brand deliverables.
- Broadcast & Streaming Media: Television commercials, indie feature films, OTT streaming series, and theater festivals.
- Digital Advertising: Paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and web banners.
- Music Videos & Live Events: Visual backdrops, DJ visuals, and live concert screen displays.
3. Prohibited Usages (Strict Restrictions)
To safeguard creator rights, you CANNOT:
- No Resale or Redistribution: Re-sell, sub-license, bundle, donate, or distribute the raw asset files, LUTs, presets, or project templates in any form.
- No File-Sharing: Upload raw files to public file clouds (Google Drive, Dropbox, Mega, WeTransfer) or torrent networks.
- No Competing Template Creation: Use our source elements to build derivative templates or packs for competing digital marketplaces.
- No Authorship Misrepresentation: Claim original authorship or copyright over the source assets themselves.
4. License Duration & Termination
This license is perpetual and does not expire. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the raw asset files, though previously published End Products may remain active.
