By completing a transaction on Nexaura Academy, adding items to your shopping cart, or authorizing payment, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All digital asset transactions on Nexaura Academy are processed through our primary certified payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.

3. Currency & Pricing Structure

• Currency of Billing: All products on Nexaura Academy are listed and settled in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
• International Transactions: If you purchase using an international card or foreign bank account, your bank will automatically convert the INR purchase amount to your home currency according to their daily exchange rate and may apply standard foreign currency conversion fees.
• Price Modifications: Nexaura Studios reserves the right to adjust product pricing, launch promotional campaigns, or modify bundle discounts at any time without prior notice. Completed orders are permanently honored at the rate captured at checkout.
• No Subscription / One-Time Upfront Purchase: All transactions on Nexaura Academy are one-time upfront purchases. We do not enroll you in recurring subscriptions, hidden monthly fees, or automatic recurring card debits.

4. Taxes & Automated Invoicing

In compliance with applicable tax laws in India:

• Tax Itemization: Applicable taxes (including Goods and Services Tax / GST) are clearly itemized on the checkout review screen prior to payment authorization.
• Automated Tax Invoices: Upon payment verification, an automated, legally compliant tax invoice receipt is generated instantly. Invoices are emailed to your authenticated address and remain permanently accessible for download inside your User Dashboard under Order History.

During digital payment processing, occasional technical drop-offs, mobile network dropouts, or bank OTP delays can occur where your bank account is debited, but the gateway redirect fails to finalize the order:

Because products sold on Nexaura Academy are irrevocable digital downloads (LUTs, video presets, sound libraries, motion templates, and masterclasses), all transactions are governed by our strict Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• All Sales Are Final: Once secure download tokens are generated or asset access is granted, transactions are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Supported Technical Exceptions: In cases of accidental duplicate purchases of the identical asset within 24 hours under the same account, or verified unfixable archive corruption, our support team provides full store credit or payment reversal.

7. Chargebacks, Disputes & Anti-Fraud Policy

Nexaura Studios maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding friendly fraud, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized dispute filings:

• Mandatory Contact Before Dispute: If you notice an unrecognized charge or suspect billing error, you must contact our billing support desk at contact@nexaurastudios.com before filing a dispute with your bank.
• Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback for digital goods that have been successfully delivered and downloaded constitutes a material breach of contract. Such actions result in immediate permanent account termination, irrevocable revocation of all commercial licenses granted for past orders, and reporting to merchant risk prevention networks.

9. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Payment Terms and all payment transactions executed on Nexaura Academy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, including the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Any legal action, proceeding, claim, or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or payment transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Cuttack, Odisha, India.
